Thanks for your help. Unfortunately I couldn’t get to using any of your advice because of an unfortunate incident but when they send me a new letter i’ll do my best to tackle them appropriately.

Hi Non,

My advice here would be to coat the next letter in petrol. It will burn much more fiercely, giving a much greater degree of satisfaction, if not burns.

[Of course ParkingCowboys clearly doesn’t recommend setting fire to letters from ParkingEye or any other parking company for that matter. In fact, the sensible advice is to file all correspondence incase you need to later rely on it.]
