Beavis Vs ParkingEye: And now we wait…

This week saw the Beavis Vs ParkingEye appeal hearing at the Supreme Court. During the hearing the court requested further submissions to clarify the nature of the contract between the motorist and ParkingEye. The final decision is not expected until later in the year, probably October or November after the court’s summer break. We will obviously keep you updated.

In the mean time, you can watch replays of the hearing on the Supreme Court’s website. The Beavis, Consumer Association, and ParkingEye submissions were presented on 23rd July.
