Not again Barry!!

Poor old Barry Beavis, of ParkingEye Vs Beavis fame, has only gone and got himself another ticket!

As readers of this site will know, Barry’s last ticket went all the way to the Supreme Court, where it was decided that these sorts of penalties could now be enforced against consumers. What’s worse, we’ve already heard the vultures in the banking industry start to use this case to penalise customers once again.
