Hi. Just wanted to say thank you for the information on this site. I fell victim to the Fistral Beach racket twice while on holiday last October. I contested one on the grounds the signage is contrary to the code of conduct, and the second on the double dip issue. Smart Parking declined to defend my challenges which suggests they knowingly keep the signage vague so as to deliberately catch out parkers, most of whom will be unfamiliar with the site. I can only assume more people pay than contest. It’s disgraceful. Happy to share my appeals if they help the cause? Cheers.
