Parking (Code of Practice) Bill Committee meeting (Video)

On Thursday this week the Parking (Code of Practice) Bill Committee met to discuss the new legislation. The parking companies were again torn to shreds by MPs, being described as “rogues, extortionists, scammers, and scoundrels who cannot be trusted to self regulate”!

The third reading of the bill is expected towards the end of the year and is expected to pass through the House of Lords as a formality. It’s currently expected to receive Royal Assent towards the end of the first quarter in 2019.
